is a writer and an artist residing in South Bend, Indiana. Her non-fiction essay, "I Shouldn't Have Googled That" won first place in the 2010 English Writing Awards in honor of Lester M. Wolfson at Indiana University South Bend. The poet judge was Mary Szybist. Kelly has poems, artwork and non-fiction appearing in Analecta 2010, 2010 New Views of Gender, and Preface.
